i noticed that on the bengalsworld twitter there is a good number of followers, so i think who ever is running that should post more updates, because i think it will lure more people to the site and to the show... just a suggestion

Tweets like " the Tobacco thread is getting good" or Chad needs fans" is a heated topic today..something to bring people in....and I do not tweet.

The show is Sundays at 6 and runs till 7.

Sending mine now....it is still rough..I need to get a better format together. This was a tough one to do because of the fact that there were two sets of fights this weekend. I had a ton of notes and had to cut alot out.

It ended up right about 15 minutes...each show will get better and I will get my rhythm. So I hope you enjoy it and know that this is nowhere near the best I can do nor is it the best mma coverage...but wait..each week will be improved and I guarantee this will be a great segment to augment our amazing radio show.

i already made my suggestions in the chatbox but will put them down here. Maybe a poll of topics towards the end of the week for people to vote on. Also sound clips of player/coaches interviews(which brad said he was already working on) to stir discussion during the show.
